      • Customers can cancel their plan within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that no services under the plan have been utilized.
      • To cancel the plan within this period, please contact our customer support team.
    • Service Request Cancellation:
      • Once a service request is made under an active plan (by calling CCA 24×7 for service), the request cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued for that particular service.

    1.2. Cancellation by CCA 24×7:

    • CCA 24×7 reserves the right to cancel a service request if:
      • The designated address is outside our service zone.
      • There is a failure to respond via phone or other communication channels during order confirmation.
      • The information or instructions provided are incomplete or insufficient to execute the service.

    • If you cancel your plan within 7 days of purchase and no services have been utilized, you are eligible for a full refund.
    • No refunds will be provided after the 7-day cancellation window or for any services already rendered under the plan.
