What is Roadside Assistance?
Roadside Assistance (RSA) offers crucial support to car owners in case of vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failures, whether on the road or at home. Being stranded in an unfamiliar place without access to a mechanic can be frustrating—our RSA coverage provides peace of mind by ensuring help is just a call away.
Benefits Offered by CCA 24×7
Flat Tyre Replacement: If your vehicle has a punctured or burst tyre, CCA 24×7 will replace it with the spare tyre you carry in your vehicle. Our authorized team will arrive at your location, typically within 20-25 minutes depending on your location, to repair or replace the tyre on-site.
Battery Jumpstart: If your car won’t start due to a dead or discharged battery, our technicians will provide a jumpstart at your location.
Fuel Delivery: If you run out of fuel, CCA 24×7 will deliver up to 5 litres of fuel for four-wheelers and 2 litres for two-wheelers. The cost of the fuel will be paid by the customer directly to the service provider. This service is available within 20 km of covered cities.
Locked/Lost Keys: If your keys are locked inside the vehicle, CCA 24×7 will assist in retrieving them. If the keys are lost, we will arrange to tow your vehicle to a safe location. The customer is responsible for providing a duplicate set of keys.
Replacement Keys: If you lose or misplace your vehicle keys, you may request the urgent delivery of a spare set from your place of residence. This service is available within a 50 km radius of your registered address, with delivery beyond 20 km handled via courier where possible.
Towing Cost Reimbursement: If CCA 24×7 is unable to provide immediate service for an immobilized vehicle requiring towing to a garage or workshop, we will reimburse the towing costs up to Rs 800 for four-wheelers and Rs 500 for two-wheelers, subject to prior approval.
Relay of Urgent Messages: In case of an accident or vehicle breakdown, our service includes relaying urgent messages to your family and friends to keep them informed.
Transfer/Transportation for Mechanical & Accidental Breakdown: If your vehicle is immobilized due to a breakdown or accident and cannot be repaired on-site, CCA 24×7 will arrange for its transfer to the nearest workshop. For mechanical/electrical breakdowns, towing will be done on a flatbed. For accidents, appropriate equipment will be used to transfer the vehicle to an authorized workshop.
Removal of Covered Vehicle: If your vehicle has fallen into a pit and requires extraction, CCA 24×7 will arrange this service. The customer will pay the service provider directly on-site.
Legal Coordination: In case of legal issues arising from a breakdown or accident, especially when traveling out of town, CCA 24×7 will provide contact details for nearby professionals. CCA 24×7 acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties.
